DUTIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products for their pets
  • Clean dog wash tubs
  • Clean the Cat Cove Adoption Center
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50+ pounds throughout the day
  • Must be able to work and clean up after both dogs & cats
  • Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, cleaning dog wash tubs, and cleaning the Cat Cove.
